Welcome to hi SISU. These are the terms that apply when you use our website or order something from us. We like to keep things clear: no small-print tricks, just straightforward agreements.

2. Applicability

These terms apply to every visit to hisisu.com and every order you place with us. In addition to these terms, our Returns & Refunds Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy apply. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under the law.

3. Your account

To place an order, we ask for details such as your email address, delivery address and payment details. You warrant that these details are correct and up to date. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for anything that happens through your account.

4. Our products

We do our best to show our jewelry as true to life as possible. Colors may look slightly different on your screen, depending on your device and settings. Our range and product information may change. This does not affect orders that have already been placed.

5. Prices

All prices on hisisu.com are in euros and include VAT. Shipping costs are shown separately at checkout. Prices and promotions may change, but the price you pay is always the price at the time of ordering, as confirmed in your order confirmation. In the event of an obvious error, such as a clearly incorrect price due to a typo, we are not obliged to deliver at that price. We will contact you in that case.

6. Ordering

Your order is final once you receive an order confirmation from us by email. We reserve the right to refuse an order, for example if we suspect fraud, misuse or resale. If that happens, we will let you know and immediately refund any amounts already paid. Our products are intended for personal use, not for commercial resale.

7. Payment

You pay when ordering, using the payment methods offered at checkout. You warrant that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method. For buy-now-pay-later methods, the payment provider's terms also apply.

8. Shipping and delivery

The delivery times on our website are estimates. We deliver within 30 days at the latest, unless we agree otherwise with you. If we can't manage that, we'll let you know and you may cancel the order free of charge. The risk of damage or loss during shipping lies with us, until the moment your order has been delivered to you (or a recipient designated by you). You'll find more details in our Shipping Policy.

9. Right of withdrawal and returns

As a consumer, you have the legal right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. How this works, which conditions apply and which exceptions exist (such as sealed earrings and personalized jewelry) can be found in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

10. Warranty

You are entitled to a sound product: it must do what you may reasonably expect of it. This is the legal warranty, and it always applies. Is something wrong with your jewelry? Contact us at info@hisisu.com and we will arrange repair, replacement or a refund. The warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, incorrect use or poor maintenance.

11. Complaints

Not happy about something? Email info@hisisu.com. We respond within 14 days and will do our best to work it out together.

12. Intellectual property

All content on hisisu.com, including texts, photos, videos, logos and the design of the website, is the property of hi SISU or our licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify or commercially use this content without our prior written permission.

13. Reviews and feedback

If you share a review, photo or other feedback with us, you give us permission to use it free of charge for our website and marketing. You warrant that your feedback is your own, does not infringe the rights of others, and that you have disclosed any compensation you received for it. We may remove reviews that are unlawful, offensive or misleading.

14. Prohibited use

You use our website for legitimate purposes only. It is not permitted to use the website for unlawful purposes, to harm or mislead others, to spread viruses or malicious code, or to circumvent our security. Automated access to the website, for example with scrapers, bots or AI agents, is also not permitted without our consent, unless such a system clearly identifies itself as such and complies with our technical restrictions. In the event of misuse, we may terminate your access or account without prior notice.

15. Relationship with Shopify

hi SISU is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide our webshop to you. However, all sales and purchases you make in our store are made directly with hi SISU. By using the webshop, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of a sale between you and hi SISU, including injury, damage or loss resulting from purchased products and services. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with hi SISU.

16. Liability

We work carefully, but we cannot guarantee that the website will always be error-free and available without interruption. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount of your order. This limitation does not apply in the event of intent or deliberate recklessness on our part, and does not affect your legal rights as a consumer, including your right to a sound product and to compensation under the law.

17. Changes

We may amend these terms. The current version is always available on this page. The terms that applied at the time of ordering apply to your order. In the event of significant changes, we will inform you in line with the law.

18. Final provisions

If any provision of these terms is invalid, the remaining provisions continue to apply. These terms and any agreement with hi SISU are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent Dutch court.
